What data does Promi use from my store?

In order to power our AI models, Promi will pull order history for each of your items as well as metadata on the item itself (price, title, etc.). We also track product views to inform our model.

Does Promi collect data from my customers?

We do not store or use any personally identifiable information or data on customer behavior, transactions, etc.
